For more than two decades Yorgos has been involved in the Development, Management, Repositioning, Expansion and Rebranding of Luxury Beach Resorts in Greece and Internationally.
A Senior Leader with strong skills in Business Analysis, People Development, Business Development and Business Strategy.
His great people skills, effective communication and leadership have brought successful results in his so far career specially in challenging situations.
In 2018 Yorgos, has been invited to join EHMA (European Hotel Managers Association), where he became one of Greee's youngest members.
With his solid international experience, great soft skills and entrepreneurial mindset, Yorgos founded in 2020 Noima Hopsitality, a new breed of Strategy, Sales, Business Development and Human Capital Hospitality Consulting.
In 2021 EHL (Ecole Hôtelière De Lausanne) Hospitality Advisory selected him to become a member of their global network of Indepedent Hospitality Consultants.
Last but not least, Yorgos is a keen lifelong learner and a father of two daughters and a son.
A Solid background in Effective Communication And Negotiations
Throughout his whole career Yorgos had to effectively communicate with his team members, guests, business partners and suppliers. Soon, Yorgos started studying human behavior academically as well.

By being part of the first class of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) in Crete, which had a duration of a whole year, to becoming certified in Hogan Assessment, which plays a critical role also in talent acquisition, analytics, coaching & development. Combining theory and practice has proved it was the right investment for someone who constantly focuses on people, processes and projects.
