Throughout his whole career Yorgos had to effectively communicate with his team members, guests, business partners and suppliers. Soon, Yorgos started studying human behavior academically as well.

By being part of the first class of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) in Crete, which had a duration of a whole year, to becoming certified in Hogan Assessment, which plays a critical role also in talent acquisition, analytics, coaching & development. Combining theory and practice has proved it was the right investment for someone who constantly deals with people, projects and goals.
